PROJECT OVERVIEW
Alberta Multistory Residence
Alberta Steel Buildings
Brent Pullishy contacted Allied Steel Buildings in search of alternatives to conventional construction for his new residence in Leduc, Alberta. We where able to provide him with exactly what was needed for the project by combining building design and production with construction services.
Brent’s future home includes single slope roof structure with 1’-6” perimeter overhangs, thermal window and doors providing ample light and efficiency, an energy saver insulation system (r-30) throughout roof and walls, as well as an interior 2nd floor mezzanine system providing an open atrium at the entry way.
“Brent was very smart to choose the pre-engineered building system which has saved him a substantial sum, which can now be used for upgrade’s throughout the interior finishes and site improvement’s” commented Eric Stephan, VP of Construction at Allied Steel Buildings.
